Protecting your work - copyright

We want materials for Micah Challenge to be used as widely as possible in the cause of the campaign. However it's important to protect your work and prevent 'exploitation' of it unfairly.

Producers

By making materials available to the Halve It! site you are agreeing that they can be used without charge for events, presentations, meetings etc. in line with the Micah Challenge campaign. You retain the copyright and 'intellectual property' in the materials

Users

By accessing materials on the Halve It! site you are agreeing that these materials are the intellectual property of the original creators and will be used in good faith for purposes in line with the Micah Challenge campaign. You will not edit, modify or make any other use of these materials without the express written permission of the contributor (contact us to arrange this). You will not make the materials available to any third party without making this condition clear to them.

Concerns about useage of materials

If you have any reason to feel that materials should not be available on the site, or are being used inappropriately, please contact us immediately
